How it works

1. Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart
2. Select Click & Collect as your shipping if you are in and around the East Bendigo, VIC area.
3. Collect your order from our office between 9 am and 4 pm Monday-Friday at the Collection Area.

Our location

We are located at 10A Roanoak Ct, East Bendigo VIC 3585. There is a parking space at the front of our shop. There are also additional parking spaces along the road. We can help you load your purchases into your car as part of our great customer service.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I come to collect my order?

To collect your order, you will need to show proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email, or your order number.

Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

Yes, they must provide the confirmation of order email when picking up the order.

How long are orders kept for collection?

Typically orders are available for collection within 2 business days. After ten days of your order not being collected, we will contact you to confirm if you want us to hold it further for you or not.

What happens if items are back-ordered?

If for some reason an item you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified, and we will let you know when it can be collected. In these cases, you will not be able to collect your order within 2 business days. However, rest assured that we are doing all we can to get this available for you as soon as we can. We will keep you fully updated in the event of this occurring.
